Anti-spam compliance
Lura Leads is built to help you run outreach that complies with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and similar anti-spam laws. Every campaign email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are excluded from future sends. See our Terms of Service for acceptable-use requirements.
Governing law
These policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
