Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lura Leads at luralead.com (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Lura Leads helps you find business leads worldwide and run email, SMS, and voice outreach campaigns, including the option to send campaign email through your own verified sending domain or email address.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use & compliant outreach

You agree to use the Service only for lawful outreach and to comply with all anti-spam, marketing, and privacy laws that apply in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, CASL in Canada, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU/UK, and equivalent laws elsewhere). The Service provides tools such as unsubscribe links, sender address footers, and suppression lists, but you are solely responsible for ensuring your campaigns, consent basis, and content meet the requirements of each country you send to. You will not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email to recipients who have not been reasonably identified as a business contact for outreach, or who have opted out.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, or falsify sender information.
• Violate the terms of any third-party service you connect.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Connected sending domains and email addresses

If you verify a custom sending domain or email address, you represent that you are authorized to send email from that domain or address, and you remain responsible for the content and compliance of every message sent through it via the Service. You may remove a domain or email address at any time from the Senders page; see our Privacy Policy for details on what access is requested and how it is used.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the lead data, campaign content, and sender information you upload or create in the Service. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., to send the campaigns you create).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lura Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
